In addition to the special in-person deal we’re offering if you come by and sign up in person (bring cash or check) at the Gathering of Neighbors today, we’ve also just launched the online registration form – find it here.
Or, if you prefer to print out a form and mail it in with your check, here’s the form you can use to do that (don’t try to print out the online form linked above – its special configuration won’t work that way).
